There's no hard minimum. We work with accounts of all sizes — from small salons to large corporate housing portfolios. Pricing is based on your volume, so smaller accounts will be priced differently than high-volume ones. Submit the form and we'll send you a rate that makes sense for your operation.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract? +
No. We don't require long-term contracts. We earn your business every week. Most accounts work on a 30-day rolling agreement — you can cancel with 30 days notice. No penalties, no fine print.
How does pickup and delivery scheduling work? +
We set up a recurring pickup schedule based on your operation's cadence — daily, every other day, weekly, or whatever you need. Pickups happen at the same time each week so your team knows exactly what to expect. We can also accommodate volume spikes for special events with advance notice.
How does billing work? +
Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly. You'll receive an itemized invoice showing each pickup, the weight processed, and the total charge. Payment by ACH or check. Net 15 terms standard.
Can you handle items beyond basic wash and fold? +
Yes. We handle towels, robes, linens, uniforms, and specialty items. If you have items that require specific wash temperatures, special detergents, or pressing, let us know when you submit your quote request and we'll factor that into your service plan.
