Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Leave your bag at your door, lobby, front gate, or with a doorman. We'll grab it during your window and drop it back in the same spot. You don't need to be home for either.
What's the minimum order?
$40 minimum per pickup. If your bag comes in under that weight, we still charge the $40 minimum. Comforters are $30 each regardless of weight.
How do I give special instructions?
Add a note when you book — cold water only, hang dry certain items, specific folding preferences, anything. Our team reads every note before processing your order.
