How much does laundry pickup and delivery cost? +
We charge $2.75 per pound, calculated after we weigh your bag at pickup. There is a $40 minimum order. A delivery fee is added at checkout based on your location — always shown upfront before you confirm. No hidden fees, ever.
What is the minimum order? +
The minimum order is $40. That is roughly 14–15 pounds of laundry — about one full load. If your bag comes in under that weight, you will still be charged the $40 minimum.
When am I charged? +
Payment processes after your order is delivered. Your card is charged once everything is at your door — not before. You will receive a receipt with the full breakdown.
What does the delivery fee cover? +
The delivery fee covers pickup and drop-off to your door, real-time driver tracking, and text notifications. It varies by location and is always shown upfront at booking — never a surprise at checkout.
Do you offer subscriptions or recurring plans? +
Not currently. Every order is pay-as-you-go at $2.75/lb. No subscriptions, no commitments, no cancellation fees. Book when you need it, skip when you do not.
Pickup & Delivery
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery? +
No. Leave your bag in a secure spot — porch, lobby, doorstep, behind the gate. Our driver grabs it and sends you a confirmation text. Same on delivery — we drop it and text you. You never have to be home.
How do I schedule a pickup? +
Book online at any time — no app required, no account needed. Choose your pickup window, add any special instructions, and we handle the rest. The whole process takes under 60 seconds.
What days and hours do you operate? +
We offer pickup and delivery 7 days a week. Pickup windows run from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Book at least a few hours in advance to secure your preferred window.
What is the actual turnaround time? +
24 hours. Guaranteed. If you schedule a pickup today, your laundry is back at your door tomorrow. Same-day rush service is available in select areas for an additional $20 fee.
Is same-day pickup available? +
Yes, in select Boston neighborhoods. Same-day service adds a $20 rush fee to your order. Availability is confirmed at booking — if same-day is not available in your area, we will let you know before you confirm.
How do I track my order? +
You will receive text updates throughout the process — when your driver is on the way to pick up, when your order is being processed, and when your driver is on the way to deliver. Real-time tracking is available through the link in your confirmation text.
How We Handle Your Laundry
Will my clothes be mixed with someone else’s? +
Never. Your clothes are always washed in their own separate load. This is a guarantee built into how we operate — not a policy that can be waived. Your laundry goes in alone and comes back alone.
What detergent do you use? +
We use premium, eco-friendly detergents by default. If you have a preference for a specific detergent, are sensitive to fragrances, or need hypoallergenic products, just add a note at booking and we will follow it.
What if I have special instructions or delicate items? +
Add your instructions at booking — detergent preferences, water temperature, folding style, delicate items, anything. We read every note and follow it. If something needs extra attention, just tell us and we will handle it.
How do you fold the laundry? +
Standard wash and fold means everything comes back neatly folded and packaged. If you have specific folding preferences — shirts on hangers, pants folded a certain way — add it as a note at booking.
Do you handle comforters and large items? +
Yes. Comforters are $30 flat rate. Duvet covers are $15. Bath mats are $5. These are priced separately from the per-pound rate. Add them to your order at booking and we will handle them.

Do you have a physical drop-off location? +
Yes — our Somerville store at 738 Broadway is opening Summer 2026. Walk-in drop-off and pickup will be available there. For now, all service is door-to-door pickup and delivery.

What if something is not right with my order? +

Do I need to create an account? +
No account required. Book directly through our website, choose your pickup window, and we handle everything. No login, no app, no subscription.
How do I cancel or reschedule a pickup? +
Text or call us at (617) 286-9119 and we will sort it out. We ask for as much notice as possible but understand that plans change. No cancellation fees.
Do you offer commercial laundry service? +

What is the minimum order?+
There is a $40 minimum order. Most customers average 15–20 lbs per pickup.
How do I pay?+
Payment is collected securely through our booking platform. We accept all major credit cards. You are charged after we weigh your bag at pickup — you only pay for what you send.
Can I request specific detergent or fabric softener?+
Yes. Add any special instructions at booking — detergent preferences, fragrance-free requests, cold water only, anything. We read every note and follow it.
Do you wash comforters and large items?+
Yes. Comforters are $30 each. Pillows, sleeping bags, and other large items are accommodated — note them at booking.
Is same-day service available?+
Same-day rush service is available in select Boston neighborhoods for an additional $20 fee. Book before 11AM for same-day pickup.
