What are the store hours? +
We’re open now at 738 Broadway, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9AM, 6PM and Saturday 9AM, 3PM.
Do I have to come into the store? +
No. Delivery runs every day across Somerville. Book pickup from your door and your laundry comes back in 24 hours. The store adds a walk-in drop-off option on the days the counter is open.
Do you do dry cleaning? +
Yes, out of our Somerville location. Shirts from $7.95, suits $27.95, coats from $31.95, back on hangers in 2 to 3 days. Drop it at the counter or book a pickup. We don’t offer dry cleaning at our Boston locations.
How does drop-off work? +
Bring your bag in, hand it off at the counter. We weigh it, give you a receipt, and send it to our facility for processing same day. Come back and pick it up tomorrow, or have it delivered back to your door.
Is parking available near 738 Broadway? +
Yes. There’s street parking on Broadway and the side streets. We’re also right on the Green Line at Ball Square station, making it easy to drop off on your commute.
Will prices be different at the store vs delivery? +
No. Same flat rate, $2.75/lb with a 15 lb minimum ($41.25), whether you drop off at the store or book delivery. The only difference is no delivery fee when you drop off yourself.
